We hold your name, your contact details, what you have had done and what you paid. Colourists also keep formula notes, because the alternative is guessing.

What we do not do

We do not sell anything to anybody. Marketing goes out only to people who ticked the box, and every message has a link to stop it. Appointment reminders are not marketing and are sent regardless — turning the box off does not stop them.

Getting it back, or getting rid of it

Ask us and we will send you everything we hold, in a file you can open. Ask us to delete it and we will scrub your name, contact details, notes and photographs.

We cannot delete the sales themselves — we are required to keep takings records for seven years — but they will no longer be attached to a person.
